The owner of the earthmoving company can enter in the product database which products and materials he buys, and what the purchase and sales prices are. It is also possible to enter the costs per man-hour. When drawing up a quotation in this system for a customer, it is immediately clear what the requested labor time and required materials will cost.

If the amount of hours actually worked and material quantities used deviate from the calculated quantity, then as the owner of a company you naturally want to know. With this tailor-made program you can easily enter and compare data, so that you know whether your calculation was correct and what your profit is, ie the financial result of the job.
Options
This system designed by us meets all the requirements of the tax authorities, with a quarterly overview and turnover totals. You can enter VAT and VAT reverse charge yourself. If desired, the invoice is automatically sent to the customer.
