Hoogma Webdesign: A household name for more than 20 years!

Time flies! Our web design company has been around for more than 20 years. Discover, create and pioneer in an online world. In addition, of course, the contact with our customers, in which we have been investing a lot of time and attention for two decades. We would like to tell you more about the origins of a web designer in Beerta: Hoogma Webdesign.

Origin of the company
In 2003, Leo Hoogma founded under the name Alpha Computer Science & Web Design started his own company from the sunny island of Gran Canaria. In 2009, Leo moved with his wife Veronica to the Netherlands, Beerta to be precise, where the company continued under the name Hoogma Webdesign.

Beerta served customers all over the world, there are customers in England, America, Italy, Spain and of course the Netherlands.
"The great thing about the internet and websites is of course that contact online is so arranged, it doesn't matter where you are," says Leo. "But the advantage of housing in a village is that you are a good point of contact for customers in the region."

Growth of the customer base leads to expansion of the support team

In 2014, the office at Hoofdstraat 241 in Beerta was put into use, and Leo and his wife started a second company, called Secusoft. This software designed by Leo offers security companies an advanced tool for all their planning, reporting, billing and more. If you would like to know more about this, take a look at the website.

Recently, the office in Beerta was renovated in connection with the expansion of work in the field of web design, hosting and custom advice, and the employee team was expanded. This brings the total number of employees at Hoogma Webdesign to 4. Together they form the support team that is ready for customer questions and for entrepreneurs in the region who are looking for sound advice about websites and internet-related matters.

Due to our experience in various countries, it reaches customer base far beyond the Dutch borders. But nothing beats having customers in the vicinity.
